  2. 3.1. The Seller agrees to deliver goods (toys and related products under the KrishnaToys™ brand), and the Buyer agrees to pay for and receive them in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

  4. Pre-order and Payment
  5. 4.1. A pre-order means reserving a product before it is available in stock.
  6. 4.2. The Buyer must provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.
